Two sisters, Natalie Nowytski and Lena Cooley, launched Renaissance Jane in 2000 as an opportunity to work together while helping businesses grow through strategic design. At that point, both women had already established themselves as creative superheroes in design, copywriting, art direction, marketing, and communications. Since then, Renaissance Jane has developed into a versatile design agency whose work has been featured as close to home as Minnesota and as far away as Ukraine. In 2009, Lena stepped away from the company, though she remains a valuable member of the extended Renaissance Jane family. Natalie, as Principal of Renaissance Jane, leads the company to this day.
